Leaders' Dialogue

In challenging times, leaders need a source to retrieve new thoughts and courage to hold on to their leadership in an authentic and positive way. The Leaders’ Dialogue is the source that gives space to think and reflect.

Over the last years, a lot has been happening in the world economy and leadership will keep facing challenges in the times to come. It is in those times that employees and important stakeholders turn to their leaders trusting to find confidence, strength and faith. Leaders have and will always be role models, and have to keep things in perspective, engage and motivate to follow the chosen path and show faith.

Insights cannot be forced; people are more insightful when they are in a creative and reflective atmosphere together with other leaders who think differently. The purpose of our Leaders' Dialogue is to find and release more of the vast potential in people that have extensive experience as leaders and fellow human beings

Scope
This dialogue is for a group of 12-14 senior executive leaders, meeting four times a year for 24 hours in the Oslo area.

Process
The Leaders' Dialogue is built on the basic concepts that The Performance Group stands for and that apply in client work, with dialogue, acknowledgement, effective questions, reflection and language itself as central principles. The gatherings are led and facilitated by our experienced senior consultants.

Please see the enclosed file for the complete information and participants’ quotes from our last Leader’s Dialogue in 2009 .
