Verdane Capital Advisors is a successful private equity company due to high standards and demands to own organisation and individuals. They never rest on their laurels, but continually pursue improvement. For a number of years the company had carried out a 360-degree review process, including evaluation and a debrief workshop. There was a belief that the company was ready to take a further step in its development both at the organisational, team and individual level.
TPG facilitated a series of meetings among the executive management, other leaders and all the employees. A common understanding and desire was generated to raise the quality of Verdane Capital’s work to an even higher level. Specific areas of focus were defined as having the best potential for improvement. Connections between the organisation and individuals were built through personal goals and focus areas for individual development. Everyone agreed to follow-up plans supporting and reinforcing activities to ensure that improvements were actually reached.
This work achieved the desired overall objective of further developing Verdane Capital’s organisational and individual competencies.
