TPG have facilitated all of the focus groups, modules and learning groups. Ringnes perceive TPG to be a highly competent collaboration partner, with whom they have succeeded in combining the experience and knowledge of TPG, with the ambitions and goals of Ringnes.
The leadership development program FLYT has helped Ringnes to focus on leadership, and the fact that you can become a better leader if you train. Leaders at Ringnes report on the positive effects they see in everyday life back in their workplace.
- We now have a tool-box and individual development plans, the leaders have connected across functions and levels, and we now focus on making time for leading our employees. The leaders practice on parts of their role of being a leader, either alone or with others in learning groups. Leaders at Ringnes now have a greater understanding of the totality and complexity of our company, and we have strengthened the communication and cooperation across Ringnes. Ringnes is very happy with TPG as a partner in this important work, and the cooperation will continue throughout 2012, says Kari Nicolaisen, HR-director at Ringnes.
