Kristin has 20 years of experience as a manager and consultant with Accenture, Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Indevo, among others. Kristin combines extensive strategic and business understanding with the knowledge about how to make strategies happen through people. She inspires confidence, builds ownership and enthusiasm and is regarded as a catalyst and bridge builder. She has a pragmatic and inclusive work style and searches creatively for solutions.
Kristin’s favorite projects are the ones where new thinking is created and where she can work with development processes across functional areas, business units and industries. Her main professional interests include leadership development, sustainability / corporate responsibility and strategic conversations through foresight and scenario planning.
Kristin holds a Master of Science from Norges Handelhøyskole (NHH) and is a board member of one of the professional networks in the Polyteknisk Forening. Originally from Oslo, Kristin lives in Bærum together with her husband and two sons.
