Kari has more than 20 years of varied work-experience, especially from the management consulting role. Having previously worked in companies such as McKinsey&Company, Avenir, Bekk and Assessio, her career has given her experience from a broad specter of industries and business contexts, including management consulting, finance/insurance, IT/Telecom, HR and recruiting, sales and sales management. Kari has held a number of managerial positions, stretching from sales and project management, to mid-level management and business area responsibility.
Kari’s business knowledge extends from IT, banking/finance, the knowledge intensive industry, FMCG, and public sector, with insight into others.
Throughout, Kari’s main focus has been in the strategic areas. Over the last decade her interest has shifted more towards internal driven strategy development and strategy implementation, focusing on moving from strategy to new organisational praxis.
Kari holds a Bachelor of Int. Finance and Management from Handelshøyskolen BI, (Norwegian School of Management), as well as a professional coaching degree from CTI (Coaches Training Institute). She has been part of TPG since 2007.
Kari lives in Bærum with her husband and their two children. Her free time she likes to spend with her friends and family, often in the family’s cabin in Valdres.
