Hallgerd’s main interests are organisational development, leadership development, team management and coaching. She comes to TPG from a position as Strategic Advisor to the CEO at the IT-department at the University of Oslo, where she was also the project leader of an organisational development project.
Hallgerd held a variety of positions and roles in the University of Oslo for the past 12 years, with a main focus on mediating the use of technology and e-learning tools to facilitate and improve teaching and learning. She worked as Head of the Educational Technology Group at the IT-department. She held additional roles as a supervisor at the University’s teacher’s development program, and as an in-hire project member at the Ministry of Education & Research. Hallgerd has also taught in the University’s BA-program, and supervised and censored Master’s theses.
Hallgerd holds a Master’s degree in Higher Educational Research from the University of Oslo. She attended the Barnum Leader Lab in 2011. She lives in Oslo with her husband and her two sons. She is a passionate reader, enjoys any kind of outdoors activities and loves cooking dinner for her family and friends.
