Elisabeth has worked in human resources for twenty years. She has experience from both public and private sector and has held management positions in a variety of knowledge-intensive organisations such as Gyldendal Norsk Forlag AS, and the University of Oslo. She came to TPG in 2008 from a position as HR Director at the University of Oslo.
Her education is from The Norwegian School of Management (BI) with a major in Organisation and Management. Additionally, she took Master’s level courses in Consulting.
Elisabeth’s main professional areas of interest include strategic HR, team- and leadership development, organisational development and change, competence management and coaching. Her main drive is to help leaders and employees to release their full potential and to achieve organisational and personal goals.
Elisabeth lives in Oslo with her husband and son. In her free time she enjoys reading, listening to music, skiing and spending time with her family and friends.
