Dorte is the managing director of TPG Denmark. She has been part of TPG since 2006 specialising in the fields of leadership development, organisational development, team development and coaching. Before joining The Performance Group, Dorte worked as a consultant for more than 10 years. She has experience from the public sector and businesses engaged in many types of development processes – on individual, team and organisational levels. She has worked with a variety of issues including mergers, conflict management in leader teams, strategic HR and leadership development.
Dorte is especially interested in transforming strategy into action in the daily life of organisations using the power of daily conversations. She believes that mere models cannot change the way people act. She enjoys enabling leaders to mobilize for growth by acting as strategic conversation partners and coaches. Dorte contributes to individual growth by applying a stance of acknowledgement, focusing on people’s resources, potentials and “realities,” enabling them to perform even better. She has a degree in communication studies, is a trained systemic consultant and coach, and is certified to apply personality tests like Neo-PI-R and Hogan in her work.
Dorte lives in Sorø, Denmark. She is married and has two children. She enjoys reading, traveling, scuba diving and spending time with her family in the beautiful nature around Sorø.
