Britt is our project coordinator. She works in a key support role to our client projects and ensures that they run well and that all the practical details run smoothly. She is a resource for clients and a point of contact to relieve our consultants. She also has duties in the back office activities of The Performance Group and runs many of our internal development projects.
Britt has 16 years of experience with tour operator Star Tour, where she developed expertise in sales management, shop and call center operations, recruitment, coordination and planning of activities. She also held operational responsibility for the daily operations of Star Tour’s own shops. Britt also worked as a PA to senior management in Det Norske Veritas. Britt was a middle manager in the Lillehammer Olympics Organisation Committee, working at Oslo Gardermoen airport during the Olympic Games. A high level of service and totally satisfied customers has been her focus throughout her career.
Britt completed a three year course degree in Travel and Tourism from Oppland University College in Lillehammer. In her final year she specialised in organisational and business development. She has also studied project management at BI, and attended various courses in coaching, sales, conflict resolution, communication and complaint handling.
Britt lives in Bærum with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys outdoor life with family and friends, and has a passion for travel.
