Annika has 20 years of experience with brand building and management, in Scandinavia with Schibsted, Bonnier, Marsgroup, Orkla; and in Asia with Kelloggs, Pepsi, KLM and the Mars Group. Immediately prior to joining TPG she was Managing Director of an online daughter company of Schibsted. Annika has worked with CRM/IT strategies, project management of large complex projects and e- business.

Annika joined The Performance Group in 2006. Her projects at TPG include strategic implementation, change management, cross cultural management in a global growth context, innovation processes, leadership development and coaching.

She is chairman of the board of a Swedish investment company, and a member of the board of Standard Online, a principal supplier of Norwegian national standards. She is also a member of the board of Norway’s largest art and auction house. Annika has also been a lecturer at the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Oslo. In 2011, she attended a Berkeley executive program: Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In 2008, she participated in a Stanford Executive Program: Corporate Responsibility, Strategic Integration and Competitiveness.

Annika has a degree in Business Administration and Media from Gothenburg School of Economics.

Originally from Sweden, Annika lives in Oslo with her husband. Her spare time is often spent with her family along the Swedish west coast, and hiking and skiing in the Norwegian mountains.
