Annette joined TPG in 1996 after having spent 15 years in different countries, both for educational as well as job purposes. She has held different positions within TPG, acting as a consultant, managing director and board member.
Annette holds the Lic.oec. degree (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Over the years her interest and focus has evolved from “pure business” (strategy development, organisational structures, marketing and finance) to how people in organisations are enabled to use their energy and competence in the best possible way. Today she mainly works with top management. This gives her the challenge of both supporting management teams in their development (“How to make them work together in the best possible way to implement their strategy and reach their goals?”) …. as well as acting as a sparring partner for individual management team members.
Besides her work as a consultant, Annette sits on the executive board member of the Norwegian Nature-Culture-Health-center. She is married and has a son.
