Ann is a trained and certified executive coach with a focus on leadership development. Her work with TPG has included large-scale restructuring efforts, consortium development and delivery, leadership development program development and delivery, executive coaching and organisational development projects.
Ann is originally from Oregon, USA. She holds an MPA in International Administration from New York University and an MSc in Energy Management from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Oslo. In addition to Norway, she has lived in Switzerland and England. Living in different countries has given her a deeper understanding of the complexity of cultural issues and what this means for communication and organisational development. In addition to cultural issues within organisations, her primary professional interest is leadership development. She helps leaders fully evolve their potential through developing greater self-insight, improving communication and relationship skills, increasing their ability to understand the context in which they act and their impact. This opens avenues to greater creativity and expands the range of their responses to challenging situations.
Ann lives in Asker with her husband and two young daughters. She speaks fluent Norwegian and engages frequently in workshops and speaking engagements on her topics of interest.
