Anne Brit is an experienced consultant and manager. Her career has alternated between line/top-management and management consulting. She has developed expertise in a number of areas. Before coming to TPG in 2010, she spent five years as an entrepreneur, co-founding the company BioOffice. The company invented the concept “biokontor”, to give people in companies and hospitals a more natural and healthier working environment. Earlier she worked for several years in executive recruitment as a partner in Solér Executive Services. Following acquisition of that company by Hudson Global Resources she was involved in developing the Norwegian market for outplacement, coaching and talent management. She has deep experience in career development for individuals and groups, and is certified in assessing both single candidates and management groups.
As a consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers Consulting, she worked with strategic analysis and strategic planning, business process (re-)engineering and positioning of new concepts. She has served as management-for-hire in several positions, including Manager for Commercial Services in the establishment of the new Oslo Airport at Gardermoen. As Managing Director at Figgjo AS, a supplier of chinaware to professional European kitchens, she was responsible for a turnaround. The change process there included a new strategy, reorganizing and downsizing of the company.
Anne Brit has a BA in Business and General Management from the USA. Anne Brit is a former national level cross-country skier and loves all kinds of outdoor activities, including hiking in the mountains.
