Andreas is an experienced consultant in organisational change and people development who has been a project leader in several of TPG’s long-lasting projects with key clients. Andreas has played a central role in developing TPG’s concepts in competence management and team development.
Before coming to TPG, Andreas was as the managing director of the Norwegian branch of Hudson Global Resources where he worked in executive recruitment. During his time at Hudson he established the company in the Norwegian market for outplacement, coaching and talent management.
Starting out as an engineer, Andreas moved into management roles in several companies, developing technical solutions for major industrial clients across Europe. He achieved a Master of Management degree in 1999, and became a full time management consultant. He has many years of experience as a coach with a focus on competence development.
Andreas lives in Majorstuen in Oslo. He is married and has a son. He is a keen yachtsman, frequently to be seen racing his boat in local regattas.
