Anders works as a researcher in TPG. He has a Bachelor in Political Science from NTNU in Trondheim and a Master of Science in Leadership and Organisational Psychology from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Oslo. Previously, he has experience from Assessit and Det Norske Veritas as well as in international environments such as the Indian Embassy in Oslo and the International Summer School.
In TPG Anders is responsible for conducting two or three major internal competence projects each year. His main professional focus includes leadership development, team development and change management. Here, a special interest is in how individual and team behaviour influence organisations. In his Master’s thesis Anders did research on leader personality and effectiveness using data from the young leader of the year award conducted by Assessit and Adecco.
Anders lives in Oslo with his girlfriend. In his spare time he loves to go hunting and fishing, and his favourite place to do this is Sykkylven, were he grew up.
