We had a successful Performance Café on management teams last fall, where the participants’ feedback was a desire for even more depth and even more knowledge! Next week, our colleague Thomas Nesset Midelfart is launching his book “Effective management teams” (Effektive ledergrupper, Bang & Nesset Midelfart, Gyldendal 2012).
