And the winner isElena Culai will be coached by the experienced TPG coach and consultant Ann Savage.

TPG offers coaching as an individual development process or as a part of a larger development program, such as a corporate leadership development program. The coaching process focus on the coachees’ (the person being coached) individual goals, related to and in the context of the coachee’s company goals.

Individual coaching in a business context

The set of topics in the coaching sessions connects to the coachee’s contribution in carrying out the company’s strategies and action plans. In addition, we may connect the coaching with the coachee’s goal in parallel development initiatives, such as leadership development programs or other development programs the coachee may attend.

Questions opens to different perspectives

At TPG we believe that the coachee has the answer to the questions we ask, and by asking different kinds of questions we help the coachee see different perspectives and ways of dealing with a challenge. We focus on the coachee’s development plans as well as concrete issues in his or her work environment – such as challenges with completing projects or finishing processes, preparations to important meetings, reflections towards own performance, managing different relations and conflicts and other relevant topics in the coachee’s every day working life.

An important element of our coaching sessions are question formulations developed by Karl Tomm (psychiatrist and family therapist with a Ph.D. from University of Calgary). Through using his classification of orienting, relational, leading and hypothetical questions the coachee sees the issue at hand from different perspectives and may find new insight and new ways of solving a challenge.

TPG has followed the development of the coaching market for the last 20 years, and our consultants have a broad experience in coaching.
