Team development
Team development conducted by TPG helps a team create new and more effective ways of working, and secures concrete value creation for the organisation, the team, and the individual.
We work to strengthen a team’s interplay and target important areas such as problem-solving and decision making as well as how the team makes use of its diversity. We often do this in “real-time” by working with a team as it addresses it’s agenda, and handle challenges linked to the team’s interplay and way of working together as these appear.
Our way of working with teams and team development is based on over 20 years of experience coupled with new Norwegian research based on effective leader teams; a research project led by associate professor Henning Bang from the University of Oslo, and organisational psychologist Thomas Nesset Midelfart, from The Performance Group
